I received a call from the school yesterday telling me that Action's entry in the Arts in Education competition has advanced to the state level! He was jumping for joy! When he called Turtle to tell her, she thought he was crazy.
Action: Aunt Turtle! Our dance went to the next level.
Turtle: You already told me that.
Action: No! We went on to the next level.
Turtle: I know. You already told me that.
Action: [sigh] You don't get it.
Turtle: Yes I do Action! You ALREADY told me!
Action: [gack!] Can I talk to Grandma?
I guess Mamma explained it to her later.
