It looks like it might actually come here this time.
Plans have been formalized for Mama to evacuate Galveston and come to our house. She will head this way in the morning.
We will be getting our supplies together tomorrow. Gas for the generator. Propane for the grill. Batteries for the flashlights. Think, think. What else? Canned food. Already have a manual can opener. Water for drinking and cooking.
I guess I should work on washing all the clothes tomorrow and Friday. I think school will be closed on Friday.
We expect lots of wind and rain, but no flooding. We will have to secure things outside. I'm guessing the power will be out for a few days.
Big Daddy on his way to Lowes for a few things now. Gotta make a list - always a list!
