Little house is loaded with stuff and tied down with rope. We have locked it up already.
This is a giant wax myrtle tree. Big Daddy and Skibbie put hitch knots to help hold it together. You can see that there isn't a main trunk, so we are hoping it doesn't split.
Skibbie took the top off the fort and secured the monkey bars.
We cleared everything off the back and boarded up the picture window. We already had the plywood and decided to put it up. We would have felt foolish if anything happened and we had the plywood sitting in the garage. The window unit is in and working, and we tested the generator.
Guess it's time to have a drink and wait.
